Two Factor Authentication for Sign-In:

If you have Two Factor Authentication enabled for Sign-In, you will be prompted to enter an authentication code while trying to sign in.

To opt in for Two Factor Authentication for Sign In:

  1. Go to Settings >> Manage Profile >> User Settings

  2. Check the checkbox for Two Factor Authentication for Sign In

Two Factor Authentication for Order Approval:

Only Approvers will require Two Factor Authentication Code in order to approve/reject the orders.

In order to receive Two Factor Authentication Code for order approval, Approvers will be required to update and verify their mobile number under Settings >> Manage Profile >> User Settings.

Two Factor Authentication for Add/Edit/Delete functions:

Effective February 27th, 2021, any Super Admin/Admin user or Custom Role with admin permissions user will require Two Factor Authentication Code for add/edit/delete functions.

In order to receive Two Factor Authentication Code for add/edit/delete functions, users will be required to update and verify their mobile number under Settings >> Manage Profile >> User Settings.

Require Two Factor Authentication?

Any Role

For Sign In

Yes(if enabled under User Settings)

For Order Approval

Yes(only for Approvers)

For Add/Edit/Delete functions

Super Admin/Admin/Custom Role(with admin permissions)
