We are constantly working to improve your PayEdge experience. Here is a summary of changes effective August 28, 2021.
Deactivation of Inactive Users
For your added protection and security, PayEdge will be deactivating users who have not logged into their PayEdge account in the last 11 months. These users will be notified via email before their access is deactivated, at which point, they will not be able to access their PayEdge account. In the event the user would like to retain their access, they will have to log in to their account, if their user access has been deactivated, they will have to contact PayEdge Support to reactivate their user access.
Note: Monitor all the users on your PayEdge profile; if you notice any users who no longer need access to PayEdge, please let your Super Admin know to delete/remove these users. For more information about adding and managing users, click here.
