During the maintenance window, the RBC PayEdge Service, including the client portal and applications will be unavailable and email delivery will be paused. All operations will resume upon completion of the system maintenance.
RBC PayEdge is estimating that the system maintenance will be completed over the weekend, by the above-noted date and time.
However, in the event that the system maintenance is taking longer than estimated, we will immediately notify you of any further period for which the system will be unavailable as well as the estimated timeline for completion of the system maintenance.
Please note that any instance of the system maintenance taking longer than estimated will impact any payments scheduled to be processed, either regular or recurring, falling during the window of system downtime. If you deem necessary, please ensure any adjustments to the processing date for such orders are made before the system maintenance begins.
