We are constantly working to improve your RBC PayEdge experience. Here is a summary of changes effective January 10, 2024.
1. Real-Time RBC Supplier Payments:
Users will have the option to make a real-time payment to an RBC supplier, directly from their RBC bank accounts or Virtual Wallet.
To use this feature,
Sign into your RBC PayEdge account
Add RBC Pay payment method to the supplier profile
Navigate to Quick Pay on Dashboard to make a real-time payment up to $25,000
2. Account to Account Transfer:
Introducing real-time account-to-account transfer capability that makes it easier than ever to move money between RBC accounts or from RBC account to Virtual Wallet.
To use this feature,
Sign into your RBC PayEdge account
Navigate to Transfers on Dashboard to make a real-time transfer
Note: Once submitted, real-time payments cannot be cancelled.
